OUR PROMISE
 NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP is our gathering in Italy and we promise to do our best to give you an exceptional experience, content, and support so that you can create your lifestyle business.  

LENGTH OF PACKAGE
 NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP is a  gathering on Jan 21th 2025.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
By opting for a payment plan you are responsible for timely payments of your  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP. Nomad Atelier reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment).

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP and there are no exceptions.

COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP, is copyrighted and belongs to Nomad Atelier. By signing up for  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOPR you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material to work on your business. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share, or sell any content from  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP.

PERSONAL USE ONLY
 NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share or give anyone access to  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP materials, (business partners included). If you want to go through  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP with another person then that person needs to sign up for  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP too and will need to apply and be approved.

SUPPORT
 NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP includes support, you can email contact@nomadatelier.com for technical support. We aim to respond within 48hrs to all emails.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Katherine Suarez, is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By booking your  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT
By purchasing  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Nomad Atelier will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. With any violations of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the private mentoring journey from  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP. Expelation doesn’t relieve you from financial obligations to pay for  NOMAD ATELIER MUSE WITHIN WORKSHOP and does not give you the right to a refund.
