Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP (also referred to as “Program” and includes all other programs that you get access to with NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP) by Nomad Atelier by Katherine Suarez (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Client”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here.
OUR PROMISE
NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP is created exclusively for Nomad Atelier clients. This is a private space envisioned for members to come together and learn from each other. During our intimate gatherings, I guide you with practical business advice and make you accountable to grow your business in a thoughtfully selected group.
LENGTH OF PROGRAM
NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP is a 12-month program which means you have access to the content, to the monthly calls and video recordings for 12 months from January 2022. The program is 12 months long to make up for any life or business changes you may encounter during that time and therefore those changes do not qualify as reasons for a free extension of the program.
RESULTS FROM PROGRAM
With NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP you will have the opportunity to engage with our guest speakers, participate in guided masterminds and take part in our bespoke one-to-one networking match-ups however Nomad Atelier cannot be held responsible for your success. You are 100% responsible for taking action based on what you learn in NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
By opting for a payment plan you are responsible for timely payments and for the completion of the payment plan associated with NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP. Nomad Atelier reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment). We do not offer bank transfers or any other payment methods.
REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP and there are no exceptions.
COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP, both inside the membership site and in the private community, created by Nomad Atelier, any member of Nomad Atelier or guest speakers is copyrighted and belongs to Nomad Atelier. By signing up for NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material where we offer a download option. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share or sell any content from NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP.
PERSONAL USE ONLY
NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share your username and password or give anyone access to NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP, (business partners included). If you want to go through NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP with another person then that person needs to sign up for NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP too.
NO PROMOTIONS
NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP is a promotion free community. You are not allowed to advertise your services inside NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP, ask other NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP members to private message you, or private message other NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP members without asking them for their permission first. Sharing links without the right context, Facebook Lives, Facebook stories and videos is considered a promotion. Any promotional posts will be deleted without warning.
SUPPORT RESTRICTIONS
NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP includes support through our private Instagram group (Nomad Atelier Circle) plus you can email contact@nomadatelier.com for technical support to access the membership site. We aim to respond within 48 hrs to all emails.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Katherine Suarez, any member of Nomad Atelier, guest speakers or any participant of NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By joining NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.
VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT
By purchasing NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Nomad Atelier and/or NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. With any violations of this Agreement we reserve the right to expel you from NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP. Expelation doesn’t relieve you from financial obligations to pay for NOMAD ATELIER MEMBERSHIP and does not give you the right to a refund.
