In case NOMAD ATELIER postpones/cancels a retreat

Client acknowledges and understands that the remoteness of the destination, local custom and/or prevailing weather conditions may cause minor inconvenience or modification to portions of the Program. Nomad Atelier reserve the right to modify and/or cancel any retreat arrangements due to unfavorable weather conditions, other events of force major, mechanical, or other conditions beyond the control of Nomad Atelier.

In case we are forced to postpone the "Nomad Business Escape"  for any of the above, we will provide you with a €1500 credit to be applied to any Nomad Event within a year, and either refund or credit you with any balance payments made above that amount.

We will not be responsible for any refund for non-refundable airline tickets or for any airline tickets purchased by the passenger directly from an airline or travel agent. Nor for any associated travel costs incurred in connection with the retreat. Once airline tickets are issued they are subject to the carrier’s refund policy; non-refundable airline ticket fees (which may be up to 100% of the ticket value) may apply. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover these risks.
