ROLE: Executive Coordinator of Creativity and Operations

Executive Assistant (Full-time, 40 hours per week)

Position:

This isn’t your typical executive assistant role. Yes, you’ll be the organizational wizard behind the curtain, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. But more than that, you'll be an integral part of our family, leading and supporting, dreaming and doing, strategizing and implementing.

This position is for you if you love making new connections and curating client experiences with a personalized touch. You enjoy building something from the ground up being fully in charge of leading strategic projects and program launches. You are organized, have excellent follow-through, pro-active, and an ability to anticipate needs. And most importantly, you care and want to enable others to thrive when building and growing their business.

Business Navigation - Seamlessly manage and oversee various aspects of the business ensuring our ship sails smoothly.

Team Leadership - Guide, support, and inspire our dynamic team members, ensuring everyone’s aligned with our mission. This includes helping to manage partners.

Task Implementation - Dive into the nitty-gritty, ensuring daily operations are executed perfectly. These will include tasks relative to onboarding clients, email scheduling, social media assistance and more.

Course Building & Launch Assistance - Our main avenue of working with clients is through custom curated programs. This role will be responsible for implementing course builds in Thinkific and assisting with launch plans.

Communication Maestro - Serve as a vital bridge between clients, team members, and our CEO.

Stellar Communication - Your words can inspire, inform, and comfort. Being the Right Hand of our CEO, it’s extremely important that communication flows easily between you both.

Strategic Mindset - You can see the forest and the individual trees. We have a beautiful flow of systems and processes already built here at Nomad Atelier, but this role would be responsible for assisting in any revisions or expansions of those systems.

Tech-savvy - No software is too daunting for you. Experience with softwares in our platform stack is highly desired. This includes: Thinkifiic, ClickUp, Dubsado, Active Campaign, Airtable, Showit, Google Suite, Thrivecart, Zapier.

Problem Solver - You desire to solve problems quickly and seamlessly as they arrive with an out of the box approach.
