Nomad Atelier is more than a brand and business studio — it’s a space where purpose-driven women are guided to build personal brands that feel deeply personal, distinctively theirs, and rooted in who they are becoming.

Our work weaves together storytelling, personal discovery, and thoughtful business strategy. And this summer, for the first time, we’re opening up a rare opportunity to join us behind the scenes — inviting an intern to work directly with the founder as we bring meaningful projects to life.

ROLE: SUMMER INTERNSHIP 2025 at NOMAD ATELIER

Who We Are:

Co-creating soulful stories, visuals, and ideas—this is a rare behind-the-scenes opportunity to be part of new and inspiring projects unfolding inside Nomad Atelier.

Creative Projects Intern (6–8 weeks | Starting June | Remote or Hybrid)

Position:

For the first time, we’re opening a space for a summer intern to join the heart of Nomad Atelier.
You’ll work directly with the founder to bring a few nomad signature projects to life. You won’t just assist—you’ll lead and help shape the way these projects come to life. From scripting and editing to content development and creative planning, you’ll be involved in the full process. You’ll also be supporting outreach, creative research, and collaboration opportunities—connecting with muses, creatives, or aligned partners as needed.

This is perfect for you if you’re detail-oriented and a creative thinker with a strong eye for visuals, clear communication skills, and a love for both structure and storytelling. You’ll gain meaningful experience across multiple content formats while contributing to projects that carry real voice, beauty, and intention.

THE INVITATION:

Content Contributor – Support digital storytelling across platforms (social, newsletters, to tease and launch these inspirational projecys) with clarity and creativity.

Story Development & Outreach
– Support the development of interviews and editorial-style content through research, preparation, and outreach to aligned creatives and collaborators.

Creative Organizer – Assist in organizing content, ideas, and brand assets using tools like ClickUp and Canva.

Visual Support & Layout – Help bring visual projects to life (Ex. visual guides, series structure, creative campaigns) in alignment with our aesthetic.

Editorial Coordination – Assist with timelines, asset coordination, and content rollout plans for new summer projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Curious Mind & Creative Eye – You’re someone who loves ideas and also knows how to bring them to life.

Keeper of the Details – You notice the nuances others miss. Whether it’s a word out of place, a misaligned visual, or something that just feels off—you bring clarity and finesse to every layer of the work.

Clear Communicator – You are confident in writing, editing, and can match an existing tone of voice.

Organized + Proactive – You naturally stay on top of timelines and love bringing structure to creativity. Enjoy working behind the scenes on storytelling and launches

Design-Savvy – You enjoy working with Canva and can assist in formatting content or visuals with care.

Tech-Aware – You’re excited to explore emerging tools and digital storytelling methods, and know how to be creative in getting things done.

Skills We Treasure

Quietly Bold – You don’t need to be the loudest in the room, but you speak up with clarity and thoughtful ideas.

Self-Starter – You take initiative and love bringing projects forward without waiting for every instruction.

Warmly Professional – You care about quality, kindness, and showing up fully.

Culture-Connected – You have a pulse on creative and cultural moments—and love connecting ideas with intention.

Creative Companion – You love collaborating closely and being part of something meaningful, even when it’s behind the scenes.

Personality Traits We Adore

Content Creation & Digital storytelling, including social media, newsletters, and creative content for interviews, series, and guides

Project & creative organization using Canva, Video editing and other creative tools

Launch planning & promotion: organizing timelines, prepping creative assets, and supporting content rollouts

What You’ll Support

A paid contribution for your work, with potential for future collaboration opportunities

Hands-on mentorship, creative feedback, and space to contribute meaningfully

A front-row view into brand strategy, content creation, and soulful entrepreneurship

Creative credits and/or internship certification if needed
