Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION by Nomad Atelier by Katherine Suarez (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Client”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here. 

OUR PROMISE
SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION is a private journey during which we map out a first part of your personal blueprint, around the kind of clarity you seek and guide you in the way you want to be held. 

LENGTH OF PACKAGE
SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION is package of 3 private sessions (1.5 hr each) to unfold who you truly are. We explore your Ikigai and your life map design. Each session is to support you in taking action, and finding the clarity you seek.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
By opting for a payment plan you are responsible for timely payments of your SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION. Nomad Atelier reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.
 
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment).

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION and there are no exceptions.

COPYRIGHT
All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION, is copyrighted and belongs to Nomad Atelier. By signing up for SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material to work on your business. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share, or sell any content from SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION.
 
PERSONAL USE ONLY
SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share or give anyone access to SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION materials, (business partners included). If you want to go through SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION with another person then that person needs to sign up for SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION too and will need to apply and be approved.
 
EXTRA SUPPORT
We aim to respond within 48 hrs. to all emails. 
 
CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Katherine Suarez, is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By booking your SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.
 
VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT
By purchasing SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Nomad Atelier will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. With any violations of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the private mentoring journey from SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION. Expelation doesn’t relieve you from financial obligations to pay for SOUL PORTRAIT PRIVATE IMMERSION and does not give you the right to a refund.
