We’re looking for an executive assistant and producer that loves to be part of a vision and knows how to help a founder grow the business with intention and be that right hand. You will be managing Nomad Atelier's multiple ventures together with the founder, keeping all ongoing projects, company launches and deliverables on track; working across platforms, creative deliverables, partner collaborations and new projects.
In this role, you will support the founder with a variety of tasks making sure that all projects hit deadlines, are within budget and are shared with a coherent brand voice. You enjoy working within a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment that is purpose-driven and community-oriented. You’ll be executing the vision and strategy of Nomad Atelier.
This position is for you if you love making new connections and curating client experiences with a personalized touch. You enjoy building something from the ground up being fully in charge of leading strategic projects and program launches. Be the Nomad Atelier expert in coordinating all of my different group programs and offerings
Deepen and nurture the relationship with new and existing clients, from the onboarding to the full experience in the Nomad Atelier Membership
Coordinate discovery calls and nurture potential new clients, understanding if we're both a good fit
Outreach to other like-minded communities or entrepreneurs and grow our community
Proactively manage the needs of the founder and collaborators, prioritizing what is important especially when managing program launches
Assist with the development of key partners in Nomad Atelier Partner Circle
Your observant eyes are the last check before anything is released outside Nomad Atelier
You will also be responsible for always optimizing systems and processes as we grow
Ensure effective and on-time content creation and publishing
Organize all events from online workshops to signature retreats
Manage and update the website and help manage team for other online platforms when needed
Handle key activities and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
Respond to emails, schedule meetings and provide customer care as the first point of contact

Proven experience managing WordPress, Showit and Active Campaign
Qualifications/experience as an Administrator or Executive Assistant
Be located in a similar time zone is a plus (Central Europe)
